Sunday 5th October

Today we thought about the miracles of Jesus and we read the story of Jesus healing the centurions servant. We then had fun making our own centurion costumes!

Sunday 14th September

This week we prepared for our harvest festival next Sunday and we read the story of the feeding of the five thousand. We finished our harvest crosses and made bread - it tasted yummy!

Summer Holidays

For the last Junior church of term we went down to the park for picnic and games. We all had a wonderful time.

Sunday 2nd March

This morning we made collection boxes for the Christian Aid 'Count Your Blessings' challenge over lent. We also sold soup and muffins after the service to raise money for the Leeds Methodist children's holiday fund. Well done to Jackie, Liz and Jo for making all the soup!

Sunday 19th January

This year we are raising funds for the Leeds Methodist holiday fund. We hope to raise enough money to send a child who wouldn't otherwise be able to go on holiday, on a weeks break. This morning we held a cake stall and raised an amazing £71.50.

Sunday 12th January - Junior Church Party

We enjoyed lots of fun party games and food at our Junior Church party!

Nativity Sunday 22nd December

Our nativity was inspired by the Tour de France coming to Harrogate next year. We wondered what it would be like if Jesus had been born in Harrogate in July 2014. The children all did brilliantly, well done every-one!
